About Salads Galore

Salads Galore and More shows how a salad can go in any direction. Salads are great all year round. I am sharing a book full of recipes that you can make your own. Everyone should be excited to purchase, prep, and cook their foods. I designed my book to not just offer recipes but much more, better understanding in what you eat, the purpose of bright colors (beta carotene) dark colors (flavonoids). These landmarks are your way to health. We want to provide nutrition with my recipes. Empty meals do no one any good. Combination of different fruits, veggies, pasta, meats, and sea foods have not been left out. You can also see  recipes for desserts and tasty drinks. Everyday familiar foods are presented in salads, no pocket digging or great changes in the foods we all have learned to enjoy. Variety is the key to better health. You also need to learn how to take familiar foods and add unfamiliar choices with them. Try mixing and matching like I have demonstrated in Salads Galore. Having overloaded salads with tons of fatty meats, cheeses, and zero or traces of vitamins and minerals, and other nutrients doesn’t sound like a winner.

Health alert

The pleasures you can obtain in this special recipe book is awesome. Each recipe consists of outstanding vitamins, minerals, and the components that help to make you healthy and happy. My recipes stress the importance of antioxidants that fight against free radicals and protect our bodies from bacteria and many other diseases. If we don’t eat enough antioxidants, we are more prone to get sick. Our bodies are at risk from uninvited germs every day.
